Katie Seashole Pressly Softball Stadium
The Katie Seashole Pressly Softball Stadium is the home field for the Florida Gators softball team: it is on the campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.[1]
History
Katie Seashole Pressly Softball Stadium was built in 1996 at a cost of $2.6 million. The field seats approximately 1,200 and is named after benefactor Katie Pressly. The stadium features a clay infield and a grass outfield, and complies with NCAA and Olympic specifications. The first game in the stadium was played against Stetson University on February 8, 1997.
